29 Days in August

2022

July 31st to August 28th 2022 I lived in Brooklyn, New York. My first time in the city, I was also alone for the first time. Soaking it all in, I explored as much as I could when I was not working as an Intern. This book is a documentation of my experiences and camera roll. I catalog my images in sections including: lighting, parks, art, architecture, people, food, and typography. As well as exploring my photographs from a map and timeline perspective. My time in New York and this documentation process of my time there, allowed me to observe overlap in the human experience

Self curated and printed, this 210-page publication was made using a Risograph printer and nine drum colors, resulting in too many print masters to count. The final book was hand bound using the layflat binding method.
